Janell Ann McCormick passed away Tuesday, October 11, 2022 in Houston, Texas surrounded by her loving family. She was born March 25, 1945, in Houston, Texas to the late Joseph Carlton McBride and Elizabeth Agnes Bartels.
Janell was devoted wife, mother and sister for 77 years. Survived by her husband of 58 years who was her high school sweetheart, Glenn McCormick. Glenn and Janell have known each other since elementary school and were married a year after graduating from high school. She was a loving mother of two daughters Charla Wagner and husband Randy, Stacey Lenahan and husband Edward. She had six grandchildren: Ryan Lucky wife Kourtney, Katie Lucky, Taylor Lenahan, Blake Lenahan, and Shelby Wagner and a great grandson Kolten Lucky, "which will always be her babies." Her sister and bestfriend Linda Sherbert and brother-in-law Lloyd and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents Joseph Carlton McBride and Elizabeth Agnes Bartels and her sister Elaine Budro and brother-in-law L.T. Budro.
Visitation will be held Monday, October 17, 2022 from 6:00-8:00 pm at Klein Funeral Home, 1400 West Main, Tomball, Texas.
A Mass will be held Tuesday, October 18, 2022 at 10:00 am at St. James Catholic Church, 22800 Aldine Westfield Rd., Spring, Texas.
The family would like to thank all her doctors. nurses, and caregivers for all their support over the years, and to all her friends and family for their love and prayers during difficult times.
