Jane Marie Ripa passed away on Thursday morning, September 22, 2022, at the age of 67 after Parkinson's related struggles hindered her recovery from a broken hip surgery. She was preceded in death by her parents Robert Wesley and Francis Matilda Grossnickle, as well her brother Robert Allen and her son Robert Dean II. She is survived by her husband Robert and her other nine children, Bryan, Danny, Aaron, Angie, Sherri, Bradley, Christy, Jeff, and Jessica, as well as twenty-two grandchildren.

As a wife, mother, and friend Jane loved to laugh and she inspired the many lives she touched to do the same. Dedicated to her family and church community, love and selfless service were a hallmark of her character. Jane faced challenges head on, full of faith and good humor. These traits endeared her even to those she met towards the end of her life. She was truly a light to all who knew her.

A celebration of Mom's life will be held September 27th at 10 am, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints at 9525 Spring Cypress Road, Spring, Texas 77379.
