Jane Gumm, 84, of Spring, Texas, passed from this life on May 10, 2025. She was born on July 24, 1940 to William Andrew and Mary Sue Jones in Waco. Texas.

Jane taught elementary music at Whispering Pines Elementary School in Humble ISD after she and her husband, Billy, moved from Portland, Texas in 1992. She previously taught at Tuloso-Midway in Corpus Christi. Jane loved classical music, movie musicals, her family and friends.

Those left to cherish her memories are Kimberly Reynolds, Michael Cooper, Tanner Reynolds. Trevin Reynolds, Conlin Reynolds and Kerric Reynolds.  Numerous nieces and nephews and life long friends.

She was preceded in death by Her husband, Billy Gumm. Grandson, Hunter Reynolds, her parents, William Andrew and Mary Sue Jones, two sisters. Billie Sue Ellis and Patsy Brundrett

A funeral service with held Wednesday, 2 PM at the Klein Mausoleum Chapel at Klein Memorial Park-2920. Burial will immediately follow the service.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital in honor of Jane Gumm.
