Jane M. Conner was born May 13, 1926, to parents Flavel S Brunton and Ethel Kissler Brunton in Fort Worth, Texas. Jane lived most of her life in Houston, Texas where she came to know Jesus at age 9, worked as an elevator operator at age 16, and graduated from Reagan High School at age 17. At age 18, she married Jack D. Conner following his return from World War II. They were blessed with 61 years of marriage. When Jack traveled with his job, Jane made sure things went smoothly at home, including homecooked meals, discipline, school, and a listening ear. She was very smart and expected the best effort from her children. As her children grew up, Jane went to work for Saybrook Fabrics and then Globemaster in the business department. She was an excellent listener and had a sense of humor. Listening to everyone's stories and resolving problems was important to her. She also liked camping with family. She loved to attend and listen to church services, smell flowers, make lists, and eat out. After being blessed with 95 years of life, Jane went to be with the Lord on December 21, 2021. That special sense of humor and love she left behind will continue to give joy to all who knew her.

She was preceeded in death by her husband Jack Connor, sisters Gail, Betty, and Charlott and grandson Aaron Conner

Grandchildren: Dara Keener, Edward Sumicek, Lorin Theiss, Timothy Theiss, Heather Mitchel, Jacqueline Conner, Rachel Hicok, Joshua Conner

Great-Grandchildren: Jake, Jessica, Carson, Ryan, Kathryn, Hailey, Lexus, Conner, Carrington, Joshua Jr. Sam, Olivia, Felix, Ceciley, and J.R.
