James David Tillery "David" passed away May 13, 2023. He was born April 27, 1954 in Shreveport, LA to the late James Henry and Juanita Eidel Thomas Tillery. He moved from Shreveport, Louisiana when he was young and has lived in the Houston area most of his life. David was a pilot for a few years before he started working with the pipeline. He loved to fly. David loved gardening, cooking, movies and music. He loved his dog Ginger. David also loved rollercoasters. David worked 38 years as a pipeline controller for Enterprise Products in Houston and really enjoyed his job.
David is survived by his wife Elizabeth Tillery; his children, Thomas Foreman (significant other is Rachel Quint), Paige (Foreman) Van Wyck (husband Travis), Megan (Foreman) Coons (husband Steven), Caitlin Tillery, Alexander Tillery, Matthew Tillery (deceased) and Robert Tillery; sister Linda (Tillery) Oursler and her husband Henry Oursler; two nephews Brandon Oursler and Brooks Oursler and one niece Becca (Oursler) Lee; grandson Onyx Foreman, granddaughter Harper Van Wyck and a baby girl Van Wyck due in a few weeks; Father-in-law and mother-in-law George Stevens and Sherrell Tomlin (Wesley Tomlin) and sister-in-law Jennifer Stevens.
