On Thursday, October 22, 2020, James Andrew "Andy" Mullins III, loving husband, father, son, brother and friend was called home at the age of 58.

Andy was born in New Orleans, LA to James and Catheryn Mullins. He grew up in Spring, TX and graduated with his Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Texas A&M University. Andy worked at Texas A&M Transportation Institute as a Research Scientist for 13 years. He enjoyed spending time with his family, going to Astros games, playing golf, visiting the Colorado & Utah mountains and smoking meat with his Kamado Joe grill. He was an active member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, where he was an usher, Eucharistic Minister and ACTS Member.

Andy was preceded in death by his father, James. He is survived by his wife, Carlene and their children, Christopher and Sarah; his mother Catheryn; his sister Beth Amenta and husband Ron; his brother Mike and wife Eileen; in-laws John and Dianna Kennedy and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

Visitation will take place on Thursday, October 29, 2020 from 5pm – 7pm, with a vigil and rosary starting at 7pm. at Klein Funeral Home, 14711 Farm to Market Rd 1488, Magnolia, TX 77354. Limitations due to Covid Face covering is required.   Funeral will be held on Friday, October 30, 2020 at 11am at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in The Woodlands, TX.
