James Maxwell Milner (Jimmy), 92, passed away at his home in Spring, Texas on Thursday, November 3, 2022. This wonderful, funny, witty, happy man is now entertaining anyone who is listening and spreading joy in heaven.
Born January 31, 1930 in Waskom, Texas to Sadie Bell and LM Milner, he was their youngest, highly cherished and very spoiled child.
On August 9, 1958 "under duress" he made the best decision of his life when he married Patsy Marie Ayres. The fun and love the couple shared over the next 64 plus years was boundless.
Jimmy was a proud veteran, who for years, worked in the advertising and printing industries and was a small rancher in Tomball, Texas. He loved the stock market and until the day he died he could tell you the price of Apple and how much he was up or down.
A beloved husband and father, he loved entertaining and spending time with friends and family, traveling, boating and going to Galveston and South Padre Island.
Jimmy is survived by his wife, Patsy, his two children, Lindy and Barry, numerous beloved nieces and nephews, a host of "adopted" family and countless friends.
The family wants to sincerely thank his amazing caretakers: Rachell, Rosa, Demadre, Latasha, Jimmy and Cheryl and all of his caring support team at Enhabit Hospice.
In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in Jimmy's memory to Tomball Methodist Church, PO Box 1689, Tomball, TX 77377 or https://tomballmethodist.org/giving and chose the drop down for the Jim Milner Memorial Fund.
