Jacqueline Elaine Piper was born on January 17, 1961, in North Houston, Texas to Ernest Jackson and Bessie Ward. In 1980, she graduated from G.W. Carver High School.

On July 7, 1990, Jackee was joined in holy matrimony to Pastor Vincent Piper Sr. Together, they raised three sons. She was a devoted mother and wife who loved coordinating weddings and supporting her husband in ministry. She was also a proud childcare provider for Magnolia ISD until December of 2025.

On June 9, 2026, God called Jackee home for eternal rest. Jacqueline is proceeded in death by her parents; Ernest Jackson and Bessie Ward and by her brother; Gregory Ward.

She leaves to cherish her precious memories and legacy; her husband, Pastor Vincent Piper Sr.; three sons; Vincent Jr. (Gloria), Jeremiah, and Chazzmin; four loving grandchildren; Tony, Alysha, Weston, and Caleb; two sisters; Willie Pearl and Annette; and a host of nieces and nephews and many dear friends.
