Jacob was born to Samantha and Modesto Rios in Shenandoah, Texas on December 18, 2013.

He survived by his mother, two sisters, Sophia and Andrea Rios, his brothers, Caleb and Kenny McCellon, along with his sister Anjelica McCellon and father figure, Kenneth McCellon.

He is also survived by a host of numerous family and friends.

Jacob enjoyed minecraft, the beach, Legos, and spending time with his family and had a love for Pasta.
