Jackie Edwin Hoover, mostly known as Jack, passed away Friday, April 21, 2017 at the age of 67. Jack was born in Confluence, Pennsylvania on January 28, 1950 to his wonderful caring, and loving parents Marshall and Pauline Hoover and was raised in Pennsylvania. Jack received his college degree in West Virginia. "Big Red" met Linda Blanchette in Washington DC and they married in 1974. Their three sons, Jason, Joe, and Brad arrived in 1976, 1980 , and 1983, respectively. Jack served in education and in construction. He partnered with McDonalds Corporation in 1988 and received countless awards to include Rookie of the Year, Project Manager of the Year, and numerous others.  He retired, still "loving it" after 28 years with McDonalds in 2015. Jack is survived by his loving wife, Linda; his caring and loving sons and their wives, Jason, Joe, and Brad; wonderful siblings and their spouses, Jim, Roger, Leanna, Peg, Delores, Harold, Kay, and Tom; as well as all their beautiful children and their children's children. He was proceeded in death by his father Marshall, step-father Frank, mother Pauline, sister Mabel, and sister Rita.  Visitation will be held starting at 1:00 pm and funeral service at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, April 26, 2017 at Klein Funeral Home, 14711 FM 1488, Magnolia, Texas 77354.
