Jack Richard Capps, 77, of Spring, TX, passed away March 3,2026.  Jack, also known as Ricky to family, was born June 7,1948, in Oklahoma City OK, to Jack E. Capps and Betty Jo Capps.  He is survived by his wife, Janis Capps, daughter Tiffani Kay, son Scott Capps and his wife Kari Capps, brother Donald Capps, and grandchildren Christian Cannon, Alijah Borjas, and Colton Capps.  Jack was preceded in death by his father Jack E. Capps, mother Betty Jo Capps, and sister Mary Virginia (Ginger) Capps.

Jack married Janis in August 1969.  He completed a bachelor's degree in sales management, and had a lifetime career with Maxwell House Coffee, which became part of Kraft General Foods.  Jack loved to go to the lake and fish, country music, and gardening.  He was a handy man and loved to fix things himself.  He loved to tell jokes and make people laugh.  He especially loved spending time with his grandchildren and family.

Services will be held Monday, March 9, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at Klein Funeral Home – Tomball, 1400 W Main St. Tomball, TX 77375. Flowers may be sent to this location.
