Our beloved Irwing Roberto Lazo departed from us on January 29, 2022, at the young age of 40. He was born on January 13, 1982 to Juan Roberto Lazo and Maria Ines Majano de Lazo in San Salvador, El Salvador.

Irwing was born and raised in San Salvador, and was the oldest of three children. He was born into a loving family with countless cousins and became a proud big brother to Ivan Amadeo and Keiry Evangelina. Irwing graduated from Colegio Garcia Flamenco in El Salvador where he received his high school education. He then attended la Universidad Evangélica de El Salvador where he was pursuing his studies in medicine.

In order to provide a better life for their children, the Lazo's migrated to Houston, Texas in July of 2000. Irwing faced some challenges in adapting to the different cultures and language, but he was very persistent and defied the odds. He volunteered his time at local hospitals and observed the values and principles of Jehovah. Irwing is remembered as a spirited man with a noble heart, who was hard-working, and driven. He loved traveling around the world, experiencing culturally rich adventures and making many friends along the way. He was the light to his family, always filling the room with his laughter and many elaborate stories.

Irwing is survived by his parents, Juan and Ines; siblings, Ivan Lazo and Keiry Vallejo, niece and nephew, Amelia and Caleb Lazo, and siblings-in-law Rachel Lazo and LeRoy Vallejo.

He is preceded in death by both his maternal and paternal grandmothers, Pilar Chicas de Majano and Evangelina Lazo Molina. He was very much loved by both of them, and he remembered them both dearly.

Irwing will be laid to rest at Woodlawn Cemetery on Saturday, February 12, 2022 at 12:00 pm.

Nuestro amado Irwing Roberto Lazo falleció el 29 de enero del 2022, a la temprana edad de 40 años. Nació el 13 de enero de 1982 a Juan Roberto Lazo y María Inés Majano de Lazo en San Salvador, El Salvador.

Irwing nació y se crió en San Salvador, y era el mayor de tres hijos. Nació en una familia amorosa con innumerables primos y se convirtió en un orgulloso hermano mayor de Ivan Amadeo y Keiry Evangelina. Irwing se graduó del Colegio García Flamenco en El Salvador, donde recibió su educación secundaria. Luego asistió a la Universidad Evangélica de El Salvador donde cursaba sus estudios de medicina.

Para brindar una vida mejor a sus hijos, los Lazo emigraron a Houston, Texas en julio del 2000. Irwing enfrentó algunos desafíos para adaptarse a las diferentes culturas e idioma, pero fue muy persistente y derrotó esos obstáculos. Ofreció su tiempo como voluntario en hospitales locales y observó los valores y principios de Jehová. Irwing es recordado como un hombre enérgico con un corazón noble, trabajador y motivado. Le encantaba viajar por el mundo, experimentar aventuras culturalmente ricas y hacer

muchos amigos en el camino. Era la luz de su familia, siempre llenando la habitación con su risa y muchas historias elaboradas.

A Irwing le sobreviven sus padres, Juan e Inés; hermanos, Ivan Lazo y Keiry Vallejo, sobrina y sobrino, Amelia y Caleb Lazo, y cuñados Rachel Lazo y LeRoy Vallejo.

Le precedieron en la muerte sus abuelas materna y paterna, Pilar Chicas de Majano y Evangelina Lazo Molina. Ambas lo amaban mucho, al igual él las recordaba con mucho cariño.

Irwing descansará en el cementerio de Woodlawn el sábado 12 de febrero de 2022 a las 12:00 p. m.
