Hudson Taylor Collins, 11, of Tomball, TX, passed away June 2, 2022.  He was born August 25, 2010, in Houston, Texas.

He is survived by his father and mother Chris & Misti Collins.

Hudson was a pure & innocent child.  He genuinely cared about others and was very empathetic when others were hurting.  He was extremely intelligent and inquisitive and loved school and learning.  This was always reflected in his grades.  He loved golf and quickly became a very good player.  He qualified for the Under Armor Junior Tour National tournament and also qualified and was scheduled to play South Texas PGA Tournaments this summer.

Huddy's smile would light up the room.  His sweet voice brought joy to everyone around him.  Hud made it a point to hug you and would go to his parents multiple times in the evening for just a quick hug.

He truly looked up to and loved his older brothers and cousins with his whole heart.  Waylon and Carson's games were not just about the game.  Hud loved attending, but not just to cheer on his brothers, he had formed his own bonds and friendships with others in the stands.  Hud touched so many lives in those stands.  We have heard stories about folks even packing extra "Hud snacks" for those long days.  He was just that kind of loving kid.  People couldn't help but be attracted to his joyful and precious personality.

He received Jesus Christ and was baptized, May 30 ^th , 2022.  He was excited about being able to serve Jesus as he began his journey as a Christian.

The family will receive visitors Friday, June 10, 2022, from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM at Houston Northwest Church, 19911 State Highway 249, Houston, TX 77070. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, June 11, 2022 at 10:00 AM at Champion Forest Baptist Church, 15555 Stuebner Airline Rd, Houston, TX 77069. Private burial.
