It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Horacio Rosas, age 83, on December 29, 2024. A beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, Horacio was a man who touched the lives of all who knew him with his kindness, wisdom, and unwavering love.

Born on May 20, 1941, in Camargo, Tamaulipas, Mexico, he lived a full and rewarding life. He was married to his devoted wife, Maria Margarita Rosas, for 57 years, sharing a bond that was a true testament to love, commitment, and partnership. Together, they built a home filled with laughter, warmth, and memories.

As a father, Horacio instilled values of hard work, integrity, and compassion in his children, Claudia, Elmer, and Sonia. His love for his family was immeasurable, and his presence in their lives was a constant source of support and guidance. His role as a grandfather and great-grandfather brought him the greatest joy, and he cherished every moment spent with his grandchildren Horacio, Edgar, Evelyn, Jessica, Aileen, Anissa, Etzy Anahi, Ricky, Elmer, and great-grandchildren Ahri and Gabriel.

Horacio made every moment memorable even when it was simply sharing stories with his family. His kindness left a lasting impact on all who had the privilege of knowing him.

He is survived by his loving wife, children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and a host of extended family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Josefa Lopez Rosas and Eluterio Rosas, and his siblings, Rosa Hernandez, Roel Rosas, Matilde Vela, Armando Rosas, and Angelica Rosas.

Horacio will be deeply missed, but his legacy of love, family, and kindness will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
