Herman Pereira was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico on October 15, 1960 and passed away peacefully in his wife Myriam's loving arms on October 1, 2020.

He lived and worked in the Houston area for the majority of his life. Herman enjoyed riding motorcycles, fishing, and being with his family and friends. He was known for his incredible work ethic and generosity.

Herman was in the moving industry for over 40 years, spending the last 25 years with United Van Lines. He was a dedicated employee with an upstanding reputation with colleagues and clients. Because of Herman's leadership abilities and heart he mentored many professionally and personally.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Altagracia Cruz and his daughter Ashley Pereira.

Herman is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Myriam Pereira; son Hermann Pereira and wife Kristi; grandchildren Hudson and Ruby; father German Pereira; brother Gerry Pereira; sister Damary Henry. He had numerous in-laws, nieces, nephews and friends who he loved dearly.

Services to be held at St. Maximilian Kolbe Catholic Church on October 16, 2020. Rosary will start at 6:30 with the service to follow at 7pm.
