Henry Allen Kennedy Jr., of Hempstead, Texas, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family on June 22, 2024.

Henry, a native of Tomball, TX, was born on August 16, 1958, to his parents MaryAnn and Henry Kennedy Sr. He completed his education at Magnolia High School in 1976.

Henry married Cindy Gardner in 1976 and had one child, Farrah Kennedy. Henry later married Tammy Kennedy in 1985, and they had two children, Kayla and Cody Kennedy.

Henry, a man of dedication and hard work, held his family and friends in the highest regard. His love for the outdoors was evident in his hobbies of fishing, hunting, and participating in BBQ cookoffs. His passion for horses was a significant part of his life, and he often spent his free time at the race track.

Henry's memory is cherished by his parents, MaryAnn and Ed Walker, and stepmother Bonnie Kennedy. His children, Farrah and Tim Peterson, Kayla Kennedy, and Cody Kennedy, continue to carry his legacy. He is also survived by his siblings, Brent and Amanda Kennedy, Russel and Billie Kennedy, Shelli and Aaron Thomason, Carl and Kennetha Kleimann, and Kay Kleimann. His grandchildren, Max Peterson, Cooper Peterson, and Memphis Hunold, and his nieces and nephews, Brent, Ryan, Lauren, and Ed Kennedy; John Kennedy; Brittanie, Tyler, and Brandon Thomason; and Joseph Kleimann, also remember him fondly.

He was preceded in death by his father, Henry Kennedy Sr; his grandparents, Marshall and Lilian Swanks; Ruby and John Kennedy; Mae Rounds; and his nephew, Dillon Kennedy.

Although he is no longer with us, Henry's legacy of love and kindness will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
