HENRY EDWARD ALLEE
January 1st , 1942—November 21st, 2023
Henry Edward Allee, 81, of Tomball, TX passed away of natural causes associated with Parkinson's disease on Tuesday morning, November 21st, 2023. Henry was born a New Year's Baby on January 1st, 1942, in his Houston home to Claude Ledell Allee and Jimmie Vivien Taylor. He was one of seven children being the next to youngest. Henry always held a fondness for anything fast and thrilling.
It was no surprise when he came of age that he joined the U.S. Air Force. He served in Vietnam as an air traffic controller. Henry went on to receive his Juris Doctor's Law Degree and Master's degree from the University of Houston. His appetite for politics led him to serve as District 98's House of Representatives for the 65th, 66th, and 67th Texas State Legislatures.
Henry eventually settled down and started his own family law practice, and briefly served as a Harris County Judge. Spending time with his family and admiring classic cars were among his favorite pastimes.
Henry was preceded in death by his parents, Claude and Vivian Allee, brothers, Kenny, Jimmy, Jerry, and Doug. He is survived by his sister Mary Ann Carpenter, brother Donald Allee, beloved daughter's Erica Carey and Alicia Savage, stepson Zachary Reneau, and three grandchildren, Alayna, Dylan, and Ivy.
