HELEN JOYCE AVERY

Was born on April 25, 1938 in Dover, North Carolina and passed away June 27, 2016 in Tomball, Texas.

She is survived by her daughters Elaine Merithew and husband Maurice, Wanda Avery,  Lisa Long and husband Mike; 9 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren; 2 sisters: Mary Stephenson of Clayton NC and Wade Llanes of Chula Vista CA., and numerous nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her husband Wesley Avery, parents Harry and Eula Edwards of Dover, NC., brothers James Banks and Harry Edwards; one sister Myrtle Stallings.

The visitation will be on Thursday June 30th, 2016 from 6-8pm and the Funeral Service will be held at 9:00am on Friday July 1st, 2016, both at Klein Funeral Home Chapel, Tomball, TX. With interment to follow at 3:00pm at Copperas Cove Cemetery.
