Heather June Belingon passed away on December 3, 2016 surrounded by her family. She was born on June 30, 1993 in Englewood, NJ to Andres and Imelda Belingon. Her family soon moved to Cypress, TX, where she grew up and called home. She was the youngest of 3 girls.

She faced adversity at a young age, dealing with illness and disability. Despite the difficulties she faced with her physical body, her mind remained bright, her outlook positive, and her soul shining. She was very active with online communities, providing emotional support to fellow young stroke survivors. Heather had a very big heart to animals as well. She gave often to charities for animals locally and worldwide. Heather was a light who provided warmth and love to anyone in need. She loved greatly and was loved dearly in her 23 years.

She is survived by her parents, Andy and Imelda Belingon; sister, Bridget Walker and her husband, Preston; sister, Kimberly; her aunts, Trining and her husband, Joseph; Luz; Rosemarie and her husband, Exzur; cousins, Krystle and her fiance Nick, Karen and her husband Tommy; her uncle Ferdinand and his wife, Lani; cousin, Kevin; dearest friend, Angelica; goddaughter, Veronica; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Heather was preceded in death by her grandparents, Pablo and Josephine Buyog as well as Andres and Isabel Belingon; her cousin, Joseph Paul; and her dog, Misty.

A memorial service will be celebrated on Friday, December 9, 2016 at 10:30 am followed by a reception at Christ the Redeemer Catholic Church, 11507 Huffmeister Rd, Houston, TX 77065.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Heather's memory may be directed to the National Stroke Association or the World Wildlife Fund.
