Harper Lee Wilmoth, 64, of Magnolia died on Friday January 18, 2019. Born in Knoxville, Tennessee, Harper was the second child of Betty and Arthur Wilmoth's four children. After spending his early years in Buffalo Valley, Oklahoma, he moved to Houston to live with his beloved Uncle Joel and Aunt Judy. Harper returned to Oklahoma and graduated from Buffalo Valley High School in 1972. In 1984, Harper married Lisa R. Stewart and they spent the next 27 years raising their children. After Lisa passed away in 2011, Harper was blessed with love again when he reconnected with Rebecca J. Draughon. The two were married on February 14, 2015. Together they spent the next four years creating a life of love, welcoming grandchildren and spending precious time with family.

Beyond his over 35 year career in the commercial construction business, Harper was an avid Texans football fan, Corvette fanatic and music lover. However, his real passion was spending time with his family and creating memories with his wife, children and grandchildren. He was truly a loving husband, inspiring father and adoring grandfather. His legacy will be one of perseverance, loyalty and unconditional love. His excitement about the future and love for life will be greatly missed.

Harper was preceded in death by his mother Betty Wilmoth, his father Arthur Lee Wilmoth, Jr;  his wife of 27 years, Lisa Stewart Wilmoth and their son Christopher Shawn Wilmoth.

He leaves behind his wife, Rebecca J. Wilmoth, her children Keri Nicole Viner and Matthew William Mulvany and grandchildren Drew Matthew (15), Kobe Andrew Alexander (9), Jaxon William (1), and Dakota Grace (6 months); his daughter Angela Nicole Rosenfelder and spouse Mark Rosenfelder and their children Luke Nolan (2) and Avery Grace (1); daughter Brandy Stewart Cheatum and spouse Courtney Cheatum and their children Michael Blake (10) and Katelyn Renee (9); three siblings, Carolyn Johnson, Anthony Wilmoth, Kelly Dyer along with their spouses;  7 nieces and nephews and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the American Cancer Society to help research treatments and create awareness.
