Magnolia, TX. Harold E. (Ro) Eastwood , 68, of Hockley TX, formerly of Eaton NY, passed away on May 9, 2020 in Magnolia TX. He was born July 31, 1951 in Bainbridge NY to Harold L. Eastwood and Marion Carpenter Eastwood. He was a graduate of Gilbertsville High School and also attended SUNY Morrisville. On January 31, 1970 he married Antoinette "Toni" Stillman in Morris NY. They shared 26 years together until she predeceased him on March 9, 1996. Harold worked for the State of New York until his retirement in 2006.

In his younger years he was an avid hunter and fisherman. He loved teaching his daughters and grandchildren the sport of both. He loved family fishing and enjoyed watching the excitement on the grandchildren's faces. He was also an avid movie collector.

Surviving are his daughters: Frances Staelens of Eaton, Jacquelyn (Chuck) Bice, and Danielle Verry: his grandchildren; William Eastwood of Hockley TX, Bradley Eastwood of Lebanon NY, Anthony Staelens of Lebanon NY, Randell Staelens of Lebanon NY, Gregory Staelens, Jr. Oriskany Falls, NY,  Christopher Phillips of Morrisville NY, Louis (Mary) Brigham of Waller TX, Jessica Brigham of Hockley TX, David Brigham of South Hamilton NY, Darin (Gina) Bice of Waller TX, Jordyn Bice of Hockley TX, Jeffrey (Janelle) Verry, Jr of Houston TX, and Justin Verry of Magnolia TX. He is also survived by his brother, Norman (Linda) Eastwood, his sisters Joan Eastwood Reihl of Garner NC and Kathy (Gary) Fitch of Mt Upton NY. He also had two loving and faithful canine companions, Mac and Midget, who will miss him dearly.  He was also predeceased by two infant children, Jessica in 1972 and Louis in 1976.

A gathering will be held at the convenience of the family.
