Hal Jaye Pitman's Obituary
?Hal Jaye Pitman, 93, of Spring, TX, formerly of Richards, TX, passed away October 9, 2016. He was preceded in death by his wife of 61 years, Marcelle Foster Pitman, and a son, Van Eric Pitman.
He is survived by a daughter, Suzi DeWig; a son James R. Adkins, Sr.; a daughter, Melissa (Gary) Ferguson; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; a sister, Ann Jordan; and a loving caregiver, Mary Karenye.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, October 12, at Union Grove Baptist Church, 24380 FM 149, Richards, TX, with visitation to begin at 9 a.m. Interment will take place in Pool's Cemetery in Richards. Serving as pallbearers will be Jim Adkins, Gary Ferguson, Greg Bergeron, Brian Oakes, John Bergeron and James Ferguson.
