Hal Leon Chance was born September 1, 1933 in Dewy, Oklahoma and his journey in life was complete on August 25, 2016 in Spring, Texas.

Hal completed his primary education in Dewy Oklahoma.  He served 2 years in the Army and went on to complete a degree at the University of Tulsa.

Hal married Adell Watson in March of 1957.

He had a long career at Cites Service Petroleum, retiring from Occidental Petroleum in 1996.

Survivors include his wife Adell. Brother J.D. with wife Betty Chance.  Daughter Karen with husband Doug Storey.  Son Mike Chance.  Grandchildren, Jake and Connor Storey, Megan and Mason Chance.

Hal was preceded in death by his parents Frank and Mae Chance.

Hal enjoy watching sports and spending time with family.  He was very active in the church for many years. He was a loving husband and father.  He will be truly missed, loved and cherished by all.

Service to be held Monday August 29th at Klein Funeral Home 16131 Champion Forest Drive Spring Texas at 2 PM with visitation at 1 PM.
