Gregory Lee Nelson, age 62, passed away Tuesday, June 25, 2019 at his home in Cypress, Texas with his loving family by his side.

Greg is preceded in death by his parents and sister Melinda. He is survived by his loving wife Vickie and their children: Lauren, Kristen, and Derek and grandsons, Gustavo and Elijah.  Greg is also survived by his sister, Terri Nelson and her family and Melinda's son, Shane Orr and his family.

Greg married his beautiful bride Vickie Lynn in 1981.  He and Vickie were blessed with their three wonderful children, Lauren, Kristen and Derek. His pride and joy were his two grandsons Gustavo and Elijah.

Greg was known as a jokester.  His countless pranks and comedic antics were well known by all of his family and friends. His interests included sports, especially football, playing his guitar, and of course coming up with hysterical pranks and jokes.

His family was first and foremost in his life. He will be missed by numerous other family and friends.
