The oldest of 5, Gladys Alicia Hamm was born in 1935 in Venezuela to parents Werner and Maria Rosalia Hamm. A hard worker in the Oil and Gas industry, she met her one true love that shared a passion for life and love. After some years Gladys and David made the move to Texas where they raised their family and continued to work in the industry.

The Londonderry back porch was a haven to many and a place to share food, love and importantly, cocktails. Honey loved her Manhattan and even more so when her sons made it. The years brought retirement and she became an integral part of the grandchildren's lives.

She was proceeded in death by her husband David. She is survived her daughters Jennifer Miller and Jessica Jackson; their husbands Kevin Miller and Vince Jackson and her beloved Grandchildren, Kyle and Brian Miller and Brooke and Taylor Jackson.
