Gilbert Gonzalez was born in Carrizo Springs, Texas on March 11, 1960, and passed away in Houston, Texas on December 28, 2023.

Gilbert loved spending his spare time outdoors by going fishing and golfing. Gilbert loved to also spend time with his family and friends where you would often see him laughing and joking. He also loved working at Hydrotex Dynamics, where he worked for over 30 years.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Juan and Maria Gonzalez.

Gilbert is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Erma Linda Gonzalez; his son, Gabriel Gonzalez, and daughter, Rachel Rivas and spouse Richard Rivas. He is also survived by his brother, Robert Gonzales, and sisters, Rosalinda Botello, Rosana Torres, and Maria Miller.
