Geraldine Dugan Stoll

September 20, 1937 – November 12, 2022

Geraldine "Gerry" Dugan Stoll, 85, passed away on November 12, 2022 surrounded by her family.  Born September 20, 1937 in Macon, MS, she was the daughter of the late Monroe Livingston Dugan and Mildred Lucille Aycock Dugan, the wife of the late Joe Allen Stoll and the sister of the late Bessie Dugan Flora.

Gerry is survived by her three children and their respective families:  Brenda (Hank) Kleespies, Tracy (Keith) Lattimer, and Ben (Lindy) Stoll and seven (7) grandkids: Max & Mattie Kleespies; Trevor & Troy Lattimer;  Joe, Tyler, and Mikey Stoll.

Gerry met her husband in Laurel, MS and spent time in Houston, TX; New Orleans, LA; Shreveport, LA; and Granada Hills, CA before settling down in Spring, TX in 1975.  Gerry spent the last 47 years in Spring becoming an integral part of the community through her numerous volunteer activities in youth sports, local elections, Northwest Assistance Ministries, and Houston Northwest Medical Center.  She also spent 19 years as an employee of the Klein Independent School District.

Gerry was known for her active lifestyle, her Southern hospitality, her love of people and nature, and her love of her immediate and extended family.  Gerry was an active participant in the Exxon Annuitants Club, Chapter 2, John Wesley Methodist Church, and Pineywoods Wildlife Society.  Gerry was also well known for her passion for all of nature especially turtles, butterflies, hummingbirds and cardinals which she nurtured in her backyard in Memorial Northwest.  She spent many years with her social groups traveling the world and playing dominoes including trips to Mexico, Jerusalem, Alaska, Ireland, and throughout the continental United States.  Lastly, Gerry loved her annual trip to Myrtle Beach, SC where she spent time with her grandkids and extended family for the last 16 years.

A visitation will be held from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM November 25, 2022 at Klein Funeral Home on Champions Forest Drive.  A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM November 26, 2022 in the Chapel of Klein Funeral Home, followed by a Graveside Service at Klein Memorial Park – Tomball.  Guests are encouraged to wear purple attire to celebrate Gerry's colorful and highly accessorized lifestyle.
