Geraldine "Jerry" Mary Gulley, beloved wife, adored mother, and faithful friend, passed away May 28th at her home in Magnolia, TX surrounded by family. She was preceded in death by her mother Delta Boudreaux Miller and father Price Miller of Lake Arthur, LA. She will be missed tremendously by her adoring husband Ed H. Gulley and her two daughters Jessica Gulley and Janet Gulley Myers. Her two grandchildren, Madelyn Jean and Cecily Catherine Myers, and many friends of the family in the community will miss her greatly also.

Geraldine was born June 29, 1942, in Lake Charles, LA. She traveled the world as a child with her mother and father in pursuit of the oil industry. In her teens, she returned to the US and graduated high school at Gulf Park Women's Finishing School in Long Beach, MS. She went on to McNeese State University in Lake Charles, LA to study architecture and later to the US Airforce before coming to Houston in her twenties. There, she met the love of her life Ed Gulley, who she married in 1964 and began a family with.

Wanting to raise their girls in the country, the Gulleys then moved to a home in Magnolia designed by her husband in 1976.  She was a gifted homemaker who adored her husband. She raised her girls with big gardens, a handful of loyal puppies, and some quirky barn cats. A creative spirit, Jerry lovingly created beautiful paintings, homemade clothes, and handcrafted gifts for her family and friends. She was a story-filled, wisdom-wielding, beautiful, strong woman and will forever be the cornerstone of the family she loved and cared so deeply for.
