?Georgia Peurifoy died on Thursday, November 30, 2017.
She was born on January 10, 1930, in Wichita, Kansas. She was a graduate of Kansas State University where she met her husband, Paul Peurifoy. They were married for 53 years and had four children: Gary, Raymond, Paula, and Larry. She was a member of several United Methodist churches over the years and enjoyed participating in the United Methodist Women. She also enjoyed gardening and was a member of Garden Club for many years. She was a wonderful mother to her children and a wonderful grandmother to her grandchildren: Jessica, Nicole, Daniel, Christine, Scott, James, and Jennifer.
Friends are invited to visit with Georgia's family from 2 to 4 p.m. Tuesday, December 5, at Klein Funeral Home - Champions, 16131 Champion Forest Drive, Spring, TX 77379. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, December 6, at Lakewood United Methodist Church, 11330 Louetta Road, Houston, TX 77070, with a brief reception to follow. A committal service will take place at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Klein Memorial Park, FM 2920, Tomball.
