Gary Fredwood, 77 of Tomball, Tx passed away on Jan 10, 2025 in Pearland, Tx surrounded by his loving family. Gary was born in 1948 to Elmer and Christine Fredwood. He grew up on the Northside of Houston, Tx and graduated from Sam Houston High School.
He joined the Army in 1968 and was stationed in Korea, where he proudly served 3 years. He was a licensed plumber by trade and he was a self taught mechanic. Gary loved to work on cars, trucks and motorcycles. He would often help family and friends fix their vehicles to help save them some money. He had a heart of gold and was one of the nicest guys, he would give you the shirt off his back and the last dollar in his pocket if you need it. He loved his red Harley Davidson and was known to change the oil in the living room of the house.
Gary had a motorcycle accident in the 70's that put him in a wheelchair. Despite that disability he never let that wheelchair slow him down or stop him from living and loving life. He was a proud father, devoted son, brother, uncle and friend.
He is survived by his sisters; Emile and Theresa, his Daughter Shastie, Granddaughter Kendall , Grandson Trevor and fiancé Brooklyn, Son-in-law Brian and 11 nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his Father Elmer, Mother Christine, Sister Sandra and Brother Billy.
