Franklin Bell, 83, a loving husband, father and grandfather passed away unexpectedly on April 27, 2016 of a heart attack. He will be sorely missed.

Honors services will be held at the Houston National Cemetery, 10410 Veterans Memorial Drive, Houston, Texas 77038 on Monday, May 9th, 2016 at 2:15pm.

When folks arrive at the main entrance please take the well-marked turn on to Military drive and follow the signs for the lane number for the 2:15pm service.  Once all have arrived, there will be a short caravan through the Cemetery to the site of the Services.  The VA has requested that we be in our lane number no earlier than 2:00pm and no later than 2:15pm.  The services and any visitation will last no longer than 30 minutes.

The family request in lieu of flowers please contribute to the American Red Cross for the flood victims of Harris, and Wharton Counties in honor of Mr. Franklin O. Bell
