Frank was born on August 14,1956 in San Antonio, Texas to Milton (Bud) and Diane Digges.

Resting in total peace along with his father Milton (Bud) Digges , Brothers Robert (Bobby) Digges , Norman (Bubba) Digges and Michael Digges.

Frank is survived by his beloved mother Diane Digges, his beloved princess his daughter Joy Lynn Digges and beloved grandchildren (Caleb) Austin and (Jordan) Ashley
