Frank Della Sala joined our father in his heavenly kingdom Wednesday, October 25, 2023, after his fight with cancer. He passed while surrounded by his loving family in the comfort of his home. Frank was born in Hackensack, New Jersey, on April 15, 1952; living 71 long years.

Frank graduated from Hackensack High in 1970. Living his life as a dreamer and an artistic thinker, he was a successful entrepreneur working with his family in their business Della Carts Inc., and created The Hot Dog Shop, which both continue to thrive today. Frank loved fishing, playing shuffleboard, and cooking alongside his friends and family. With a welcoming smile and contagious creativity, he always saw the best within everyone.

To Frank, family and friends were the most significant things in his life. He was viewed as a father by so many, and Pawpaw by his beautiful grandchildren. He was the life of the party and an extraordinary man who reached so many hearts. He reminded us to seize the day, take chances, stay true to ourselves, appreciate others, and love deeply because each day is a gift.

Frank joined his parents, Anthony and Theresa Della Sala; his brother, John Della Sala; and son, Dustin Della Sala. He is survived by his wife Tammy; brother and sister-in-law, Daniel and Maureen Della Sala; brother and sister-in-law, Joe and Kathy Della Sala; son Anthony Della Sala; daughter and son-in-law, Paige and Chris Schuman; daughter and son-in-law, Jennifer and Cody Patrick; six grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Friends are invited to visit with the family at their residence on Thursday, November 2, from 9 a.m. until 9 p.m. A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, November 3, at Klein Memorial Park - CyFair Northwest, 14711 Cypress N. Houston, Cypress, TX 77429.
