Frances D. Otto, aka Deborah Frances Otto, went to her heavenly home on March 22, 2020 with her husband, Butch Otto by her side.

Frances retired from Exxon Mobil after a long successful career. Her love for antiques and decorating for the family Christmas will long be remembered.

Preceded in death by her parents, James Wesley and Frances Camp Davis. She leaves the following to mourn her loss, husband Butch (Justus G) Otto, sister Beckie Endebrock (Don), sister in laws, Claudia (Punkin) Krouse and Lynn Otto, 4 nieces. 2 nephews and numerous relatives and friends.
