Mrs. Frances Grace "Bebe" Mowery, born July 10, 1943, in Dickinson, Texas, to the late Tony and Nancy Mitchell, passed away on November 14, 2016, in Spring, Texas, at the age of 73. A devoted wife, mother and grandmother, she was known for her familiar conversation with anyone that crossed her path. Bebe never met a person she didn't know or like. Her contagious smile and entertaining sense of humor won the hearts of everyone she met. She took pleasure in shopping, all sorts of games and spending time with her grandchildren.

Preceded in death by her husband Jimmie Mowery, Sr., Frances is survived by: her daughter Nancy Hess and son-in-law Chris; son Jimmie Mowery, Jr., and daughter-in-law Lupe; grandchildren, Ryan and Telaya Hess, Tyler and Ashley Mowery; and her brother Guy Mitchell.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M., Monday, November 21, 2016, at Klein Funeral Home. A rosary is to be recited at 6:00 P.M. Mass of Christian Burial 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, November 22, 2016, at St. Michael the Archangel Chapel, 24001 Aldine Westfield Rd., with Fr. Stephen Zigrang officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Tyler Mowery, Ryan Hess, Mike Hanson, Darin King, Hank Matula and Mark Matula.
