Frances Louise Moore was born in Crosby, Texas on May 5, 1923, and passed away in Yoakum, Texas on August 15, 2021. She is preceded in death by her husband W. F. (Dub) Moore, parents, Frank and Frances Malchar, and her siblings, Adolph, Stephanie, Emily, and Angela. Frances is survived by her son, Travis Jacobs and wife Donna of Hallettsville; grandchildren, Bradley Jacobs and wife Paula and great granddaughters Emily and Allie of League City ; Nathan Jacobs and wife Jacquie and great granddaughters Claire and Taylor of Houston; and nieces, Jeanette West & her sister Paulette Brandl, both of DaCosta ; Joyce Housworth of Port Lavaca ; Bernice Mobley of Deer Park ; and Diana Stirnitzke of Lacey , Washington. Frances' best friends Becky Eliff and Katherine Dawson of Tomball continued to cherish her friendship also to her last day.
