Frances Marshall, 85, passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 15, 2018, in Houston, TX. Frances was born in Chappell Hill, TX on February 5, 1933 to Frank and Genevieve Bilski. She grew up on a farm and at an early age moved to Houston to seek new opportunities. Frances married Harry Riley in 1952 and they were blessed with 4 children. After the loss of Harry, she later married Marion Marshall, who had 2 children and they became one family. Frances enjoyed playing cards, working in her flower garden, watching the Houston Astros play, and spending quality time with her family. She was strong in her faith and a long time parishioner of the Catholic church.

Frances is preceded in death by her husbands, Harry Riley and Marion Marshall; parents, Frank and Genevieve Bilski; sisters, Martha Pawlak and husband Dan, Stella Cieslewicz and husband John, Bernice Marsala and husband Louis; brothers, Frank Bielski Jr., E.J. Bilski; son in law, Ronald Walsweer; and Martin Mazzo IV. Frances leaves behind her brother, Julian "Butch" Bilski and wife Faye, sister Rose Marie Grabarkwitz and husband Robert; sister in laws, Dorothy Bielski and Penelope Bilski; children, Cynthia Riley, James Riley and wife Candyce, Joan Walsweer, Lisa Riley, Mike Marshall and Deborah Wilson and husband Dale; grandchildren, Donna Holland, Emma Wilson, Andrew Dodd, Chad Riley, Amy Mazzo, Rhonda Dixon, Justin Wilson, Christi Moran, Megan Walsweer, Hannah Lewandowski, Kyle Walsweer, Alissa Lewandowski and Tucker Wilson; and many nieces, nephews, great-grandchildren and other loved ones.

A visitation for Frances will be held Tuesday, September 18, 2018 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, with a rosary following at 7:00 PM, at Klein Funeral Home. The funeral Mass will be held at St Maximilian Kolbe at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, September 19, 2018. A reception will follow at the church. A graveside service at St Stanislaus Cemetery in Chappell Hill, TX will be held at 2:00 PM. Serving as pallbearers are Andrew Dodd, Chad Riley, Kyle Walsweer, Justin Wilson, Tucker Wilson and Mike Marshall.
