Forrest Donald Wells of Tomball, passed away May 15, 2020.  He was born September 25, 1938 in Houston to the late Willard and Florence Mae Wells.

Forrest was preceded in death by his wife, Lillian Wells.

He is survived by his daughter, Donna Wells; sons, Mark Wells, and Glen Wells and wife Mitzi; grandson, Michael Wells; granddaughter, Mya Wells; nephew, Phillip Wells; niece, Brandy Moore; caregiver and friend, Pam Medley.

A time of visitation will be held from 9:30 to 11:30 on Tuesday, May 19, 2020 at the Klein Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel at 9714 FM 2920, Tomball, TX.  Due to the restrictions in place because of COVID-19 the visitation will be limited to 10 people at a time in the Chapel.  The graveside service will immediately follow at 11:30 am with social distancing regulations to be followed. Dr. Terry Teykl will be officiating the graveside service.

Pallbearers will be Charles Pugh, Phillip Wells, Brett Dickey, David Stark, Michael Wells, and Cliff Simmons.
