Flora Belle King, 87, of Tomball, passed away February 26, 2018 of natural causes.  She was born January 4, 1931, in Buckner, IL to the late William and Lillie May Cox.

Flora married the only boy that could win her heart on September 29, 1946.  Together they had 3 boys. After World War 2, they settled down in California.

Flora was a preachers wife and her husband, Kenneth King, was a UPCI minister for 55 years. During those years they pastured churches in Camarillo, California, Cedar City, Utah, Kingman Arizona, and Rocksprings, Wyoming where they retired and moved to Evanston, Wyoming. They eventually found their way to Tomball, Texas to be close to their youngest son and his family.

She is survived by her sister in law; Ladine Davis (Bill), her three sons; David Warren King, Roger Allan King( Yan Ge), and Paul Douglas King(Kimberly). Eight grand children; David King (Sarah), Venica King, Rex King, Justin King,  Dawayne King (Tamara), Scott King, Hailley King, and Hunter King.  Fifteen great grand children; Travis King, Tristan King, Tryntan King, Gage King, Chance Malmstrom,  Draven March, Paryce King, Kieran King, Haley Sims (Dalton), Makayla King, Tyler King, Aysia King, Jerzi King, Shyla Labrum (Kaden), Michael King, and two  Great-great grand children; Oakley King, Kreeden Labrum.  Along with many friends that were like her family, and all of the lives she touched over the years of her life.

Including her parents and her brothers and sisters,  she was preceded in death by her husband Kenneth King.

A celebration of Flora's life will be held this summer.  Along with her husband, Kenneth, they will be laid to rest together in their home state of Wyoming.
