Sgt. Federico "Lico" Alberto Cisneros, II, 29 of Spring, Texas passed away September 18, 2016. Lico was born September 8, 1987 in Houston, Texas. He married Lacey Michelle Hovis on August 15, 2008. He served as a Sergeant in the United States Army where he received his EMT certification with the 68th Whiskey Army Combat Medics. He served in both Afghanistan and Iraq, and was awarded 2 ARCOM  (Army Commendation Medal), 2 AAM (Army Achievement Medal), AGCM (Army Good Conduct Medal) 2nd award, National Defense Service Medal, Afghanistan Combat Medal w/ Campaign Star, Iraq Combat Medal w/ Campaign Star, GWOT ( Global war on terrorism Service Medal, Non-Commissioned Officer Professional Development Ribbon, Army Service Ribbon, Overseas Service Ribbon (3rd Award) , NATO Medal, Air Assault Badge, Driver and Mechanic Badge w/ Driver -wheeled vehicle clasp and Sharpshooter Marksmanship Badge w/ carbine bar. He became an active reservist upon release from active duty. Lico loved serving others wherever he was and upon returning home became a first responder and EMT for the Cypress Creek EMS. He loved serving others, his family and life.

He is survived by his wife Lacey Michelle Cisneros; his children Jasmine Hernandez and Ayden Cisneros; mother Dawn Cisneros; father Federico A. Cisneros, I; stepmother Heather Cisneros; stepfather Dave Pomeroy; brothers Austin Cisneros, Clifton Pomeroy, Aron Cisneros and Addison Cisneros; grandmother Josephine Cisneros, as well as many other family members and friends.

A funeral service celebrating Lico's life will be held at 11:30am, Tuesday, September 27, 2016 at Champion Forest Baptist Church, 15555 Stuebner Airline Road, Houston, Texas 77069. Interment will follow at Houston National Cemetery.
