Fabio Alberto Diaz was a wonderful son, brother, husband, father, uncle, and friend. He left this world on December 6, 2021 at age 53, after courageously battling cancer.

He was born to Guillermo Diaz and Rosario Acebedo on November 3, 1968, the 5th of six children. After graduating from high school, Fabio studied Business Administration and his exponential professional growth started, taking him to Texas from his native Colombia. He had his daughter Gabriela and later married the love of his life, Claudia. Together, they had two beautiful children: Santiago and Alberto.

Fabio lived his life to the full extent, never losing a gram of authenticity and never forgetting that he came from a small town in the ever-green mountains called Zapatoca, Colombia, where he wanted to retire eventually. He loved with passion his family, all his pets but lately his lovely dog Yogui, his work, the wonders of our mother nature, and above all, he loved helping people and paving the way for a better world.

A funeral service is scheduled for 2 pm on December 10, 2021 at Klein Funeral Homes, 9719 Wortham Blvd, Houston TX 77065. In lieu of flowers, please donate to animal rescue organizations.
