She was born Ruth Parker March 9, 1933 youngest of 12. She grew up in front Royal Virginia and spent her summers on her grandparents farm. Her name was given to her by the neighbor/midwife who delivered her and her twin sister Ester. Their names were changed to make them match when they were 6 months old. So if you research her look under Ruth Eviline Parker. She didn't become Eviline Ruth legally till she was 18.
She was preceded in death by Spouse: James "Jimmie" Waid; Siblings: Terry Parker, Jr.; Pete Parker; Ralph Parker; Samuel W. Parker; Elizabeth Kivett ; Virginia Lane; and Aveline Taylor.; Children: Timothy Mark Waid & Tina Williams
