Ernesto Ramirez De Leon was born on March 25, 1943, to Fidel De Leon and Pilar Ramirez in a small town of Laguna, Philippines. He had three sisters, Celia (deceased), Evelyn (deceased) and Natividad De Leon, and two brothers Walter (deceased), and Jeff. He attended San Sebastian College in Manila where he attained his diploma in Business Administration. He married Teresita Razon on July 4, 1968. They have 2 boys Nicerio and Everth (deceased-1990) De Leon. He leaves behind his loving widow, Teresita. His eldest son Nicerio, his daughter-in-law Courtney, his grandchildren Teslyn and Luke, survives him. Jeff his youngest sibling and his sister Natividad along with a great number of nieces and nephews survive him as well. Ernesto leaves behind a very large family – his greatest wish in life - and his legacy, the legacy of a great man.
