Erma Mae (Rippey) Calva departed to be face to face with the Lord on June 18, 2020. She was born on March 15, 1926 to Lena and Lee Rippey in Mondamin, Iowa. She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings Lloyd, Don, Dale, Helen, Hazel and her husband Robert Calva. She is survived by her two sons Robert and Quentin Calva. As a member of what has been called 'the greatest generation' she exhibited and pocessed many of the characteristics of that generation. She was strong, self-reliant; pocessing virtue, honor and integrity. She also had a marvelous sense of humor and could brighten up almost any occasion. She was a laboratory technician during her professional life and had a reputation as being one of the best. But, most of all she was a great wife and mother instilling in her sons the importance of Divine establishment principles, the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the importance of learning God's Word. She will be sorely missed.
