Elsa Laura Valdes , 65, of Houston, Texas, passed away on June 15, 2025.

Born May 3,1960 in Houston, Elsa was the beloved daughter of Ernesto Valdes and Maria Valdes.

Elsa was passionate about Family and friends. Some of her most cherished moments were those spent surrounded by family and friends—sharing stories, laughter, and love. She had a special gift for making everyone feel welcome and valued, and those memories will be treasured forever by all who were lucky enough to know her. She loved the lord and always had a special place in her heart for her animals.

She is survived by her three children, Michelle Woods-Gomez (and husband David), Jonathan Bedford (and wife Madison), Robert Woods (and wife Shannon): her five grandchildren, Faith Dureso, Nevaeh Dureso, Isaiah Dureso, Isabella Woods and Tinsley Bedford: and her brother, Enrique Valdes.

She was preceded in death by Father, Ernesto Valdes and Mother, Maria Valdes.

A celebration of Elsa's life will be held on June 20th from 2 pm to 3 pm at Klein Funeral Homes. 16131 Champion Forest Dr, Spring, Tx 77379 In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to The Houston Humane Society in honor of Elsa's memory.
