Elizabeth (Betty) Budd, age 76, of The Woodlands, TX . passed away at home on November 19 , 2018 . Betty was born in Albany , NY on February 28, 1942 , to Helen and Joseph Budd. She was a loving sister to Loretta and Joseph. Betty had a zest for life . She loved her family very much, and was always there to reach out in their time of need. She had a love for God ' s gifts , and all creatures great and small. For her entire life , she willingly and lovingly rescued and rehabilitated any animal in need of help . Betty always took advantage of the beauty that surrounded her. She often expressed herself through painting and drawing. And what an eye she had for fashion! Her creativity didn ' t stop there . She loved to bake and cook , and generously shared her masterp i eces with family and friends. Betty was a kind , loving and generous person , with a very infectious laugh . She will be missed by all who knew and loved her .
