Elia Marie Villarreal, 85 passed away August 6, 2017.  She graduated high school in Bakersfield, Ca. and attended college at the University of Houston.  She owned and operated the Cypress Flowers and gift from 1972 – 1983, then alongside her husband Joe, founded Vilco, Inc., an oil field pipe service company.  Elia served on the Women's league for the Sembradores de Amistad Scholarship Foundation, and volunteered with many other women's organizations.    Elia is preceded in death by her husband Joe E. Villarreal.  Elia is survived by her son: John Joseph Villarreal, daughter: Donna Ann Howard Villarreal and wife Maureen,  brothers: Roy Cisneros and wife Alice, Rubio Cisneros and wife Mary and Eugene Cisneros and wife Sophie, sister:  Aurora Gallardo.  The family will receive friends from 5:00 – 8:00 Tuesday with a vigil service at 7:00 p.m., August 15, 2017 at Klein Funeral Home, 16131 Champion Forest Drive, Spring, Texas 77379.  Funeral services will be at 10:30 Wednesday August 16, 2017 at Prince of Peace Catholic Community, 19222 State Hwy 249, Houston, Texas 77070.  The family extends they're thanks to her many compassionate caregivers.  Her quiet demeanor and sense of humor will be missed by family and all who knew her.
