Elbert "Ross" Bishop passed away on Tuesday, April 11, 2023.  He was born in Edinburg, Texas on July 16, 1929.    Ross was a homebuilder in The Woodlands, Waldon and April Sound for many years and later in life owned A 1 Mini Storage in Spring, Texas.  He is preceded in death by his parents Ernest Elbert Bishop and Hazel Fulton Burke, his wife Judy Ward Bishop, sister Nancy Sue Bishop, and daughter Cheryl Kathleen Fennessey. Ross is survived by siblings; Allen Bishop and Barbara Marshall, sons; Daniel Gardea and Perry Barlow, daughter; Alyssa Cormier, stepchildren, many grandchildren, and great grandchildren.  Funeral arrangements for a graveside service are scheduled for 2 p.m. on Saturday April 15, 2023, at Klein Memorial Park 9714 FM 2920 Tomball, Texas 77375.  The family would like to thank the compassionate care from the staff at Brookdale Champions and Heart to Heart Hospice.  In lieu of flowers, donations to Shriners Hospital for Children https://lovetotherescue.org/ are welcomed as an expression of sympathy.
