On Friday, April 12 , 2019, Edwin " Todd " Vincent, beloved husband, father, and son passed away at the age of 51.

Todd was born on November 23, 1967 in La Grange, IL to Edwin and Kay Vincent. He served in the Marine Corps for 12 years , was a S ergeant, and veteran of a Foreign War. He was a lso a volunteer firefighter for the Howe Fire Department , and a Mason for the Masonic Lodge . On December 7, 1991, he married Selina Elaine Howell . T ogether, t hey raised one son, Jaron Peterson .

Todd had a servant's heart. He and Selina were House Parents at Boys and Girls Country for ten years. He was known as the video-game guru around campus, and also for his quick wit, infectious smile, and his kind and compassionate spirit.

Todd is survived by his wife of 27 years, Selina, son, Jaron Peterson, and mother Kay Vincent.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, April 29, 201 9 at St. Katharine Drexel Roman Catholic Church in Hempstead at 10 :00 a.m. , Military Honor Memorial Service immediately following at Boys and Girls Country of Houston.
