Edward "Allen" Willis

Edward "Allen" Willis, 66, passed away peacefully at home on April 24, 2026, in Spring, Texas, surrounded by the love of his family.

Allen was born on October 8, 1959, in Wichita Falls, Texas. He was lovingly adopted at birth by Charles Edward and Treva Willis, who raised him and his sister, Rene' Willis (Bill Adams) with unwavering love, guidance, and devotion—values he carried with him throughout his life.

Allen was, above all, a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and family man. He married the love of his life, Deborah Brackin Willis, on February 2, 2022. Their time together was filled with deep love, laughter, and a partnership rooted in support and genuine joy. Though their years together were too few, the memories they created will be treasured forever.

He was a proud and loving father to his two sons, Allen Duane Willis (Rachael Willis) and Christopher Willis (Kim Willis). His greatest joy extended to his role as "Gramps," where he adored his grandchildren, Cody Willis and Kyleigh Willis, who brought immeasurable happiness to his life.

Allen was also warmly embraced by Deborah's family, who became his own. He shared a special bond with Nikki and David Demny; Josh, Steffani, Laken, and Beau Brackin; Britney and Glen Marion; little Joey Marion and Mike Thomas, the man who became the brother he never had. He loved each of them deeply and cherished the time spent together.

A man of quiet strength and integrity, Allen faithfully served his country through a 19-year career with the Transportation Security Administration, part of Homeland Security. He retired on December 31, 2022, leaving behind a legacy of dedication, service, and pride in protecting others.

Allen will be remembered for his sense of humor, steady presence, his kind heart, and the way he loved his family so completely. He had a gentle spirit, a strong sense of responsibility, and a way of making those around him feel safe, supported, and valued.

His life was a reflection of love—given freely and received deeply. Though he is no longer with us, his legacy lives on in the lives he touched, the lessons he taught, and the love that will continue to surround his family.

He was deeply loved and will be profoundly missed.

A graveside service will be held in his honor on Friday, May 1, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. in Anahuac Cemetery (1315 Farm to Market Rd 563
Anahuac, Texas 77514).
